Accessible directly on your domain, Vibes allows you to configure and display the most relevant reports. You can create as many reports as you need, each showcasing different statistics. These statistics can be visualised in various chart styles, such as pie charts, bar charts, scatter charts, and more. Additionally, reports can be downloaded as CSV files.
One of the most commonly requested reports is the Call Volume per Day. Here are some examples of the reports that are created for calls:
- The number of incoming calls
- The number of outgoing calls
- Combination numbers of both incoming and outgoing calls
- Per device/extension usage
- Per user usage.
- Call expenditure.
Vibes are simple to use, and you can access them from anywhere if you have an internet connection. This is perfect if you work from home, in surgery, or away from the area.
Who would use Vibes?
Surgery managers, GP partners, surgery reception managers or anyone on your admin team. Vibes can be configured so only those with access rights can view them. Another great thing about Vibes is that each individual sets up their own Vibes to suit their needs. The reception manager may want to view different stats that the practice manager might want to see.
How to do it?
Initially, when you are new to Vibes, you will need some training from our fantastic helpdesk team, who will show you how to set up and configure your Vibes.
